United States Shipping Policy

How Aora ships US orders, communicates delivery estimates, handles carrier delays, and resolves delivery issues.

Where we ship

We ship to eligible US addresses shown at checkout. Some addresses, territories, PO boxes, military addresses, or remote locations may have carrier limitations.

Processing and delivery estimates

In-stock orders usually process within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout or in tracking communications.

Under US mail, internet, and telephone order rules, we aim to ship within the time stated. If no time is stated, we work from the general 30-day expectation. If we cannot ship on time, we will notify you, offer options where required, and refund unshipped merchandise if the order cannot be fulfilled.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking information is sent after dispatch. Carrier scans may take time to update. Once a parcel is marked delivered, report missing, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages to care@aoravitalis.com within 48 hours so we can investigate.

Address accuracy and delivery risk

You are responsible for providing a complete and secure delivery address. We are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect addresses, unsafe delivery locations, refusal, or failure to retrieve a parcel after delivery, unless caused by Aora or the carrier.
