United States Cancellation Policy
How US customers can cancel orders before fulfilment and what happens after a package ships.

These policies are written for launch readiness, but they do not replace advice from qualified legal, regulatory, tax, privacy, or product compliance counsel.
Before shipment
Email care@aoravitalis.com as soon as possible if you want to cancel. If the order has not entered fulfilment or shipped, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid.
After shipment
Once an order ships, cancellation is not usually possible. You may be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement only under the United States Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy.
When Aora may cancel
We may cancel orders because of inventory, payment failure, address issues, suspected fraud, product restrictions, pricing errors, carrier limitations, or safety concerns. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the cancelled item.
