Products
Are your products vegan / vegetarian?
Most are vegetarian. Gut Guard, Nutrivit Plus, Silybeet and Sleepwell are fully vegan. Each product page lists the diet badge.
Is it safe to take during pregnancy?
Always check with your obstetrician before starting any supplement during pregnancy. We don't recommend Silybeet during pregnancy.

You can log in with a WhatsApp OTP using any number on your account. If that doesn't work, write to support.
Orders
When will I receive my order?
Indian orders ship in 1-2 business days and deliver in 2-5 days. US orders ship in 1-3 days and deliver in 4-7 days.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes โ write to support within 30 minutes of placing the order. After that, contact us right away and we'll do our best.
How do I track my order?
You get a tracking link by SMS and WhatsApp once the order is handed to the courier. You can also see it in your account.

You can cancel any order within 30 minutes from your account. After that, contact support โ we can cancel if it hasn't shipped.
