Renewal notices
We provide subscription terms before purchase and send account, email, SMS, or other reminders where required by applicable law. Notices include information about the upcoming charge and how to manage the subscription.
Cancel, pause, skip, or change
You may manage a subscription through your account where available or by contacting care@aoravitalis.com. Cancellation must be completed before the next order enters fulfilment.
Price changes and failed payments
If subscription pricing changes, we will provide notice before the new price applies. If payment fails, we may retry, pause, or cancel the subscription.
Refunds
Subscription shipments follow the United States Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy.
