California and US State Privacy Notice

Additional state notice

This notice supplements the United States Privacy Policy. It is designed for California residents and residents of other US states with privacy laws that provide similar rights.

Categories of personal information

In the past 12 months, we may have collected identifiers, commercial information, internet or device activity, approximate location derived from IP address, customer service content, inferences about product preferences, and optional wellness-related information you chose to provide.

Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

Aora does not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 16.

Some analytics or advertising tools may be treated as targeted advertising or sharing under certain state laws. Where required, we will honor opt-out requests and browser-based signals that we are able to recognize, including Global Privacy Control.

Your rights

Depending on your state, you may request access, deletion, correction, portability, opt-out of sale or sharing, opt-out of targeted advertising, limitation of certain sensitive personal information uses, and appeal of a denied request.

Authorized agents and appeals

You may use an authorized agent where permitted. We may ask for proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly.

If we deny a request and your state gives you an appeal right, reply to our decision email with "Privacy appeal" and we will review it.

California residents may ask about categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing. Aora does not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.
